How to order from Wing 999?

Ordering wholesale vintage bundles from us is simple and straightforward. Just browse our online catalogue and select from the available bundles.

Each bundle clearly states the number of items included, which also serves as the minimum order quantity for that product. Be sure to review the item description for details on the bundle’s grading, as well as any additional information about the items included.

Do I need a VAT registration to make a purchase?

No, a VAT registration is not required to purchase from us. We welcome resellers at all stages, including those who are just starting out, so you can access our wholesale vintage bundles without needing to be VAT-registered.

However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are operating in compliance with your local laws and regulations. We strongly recommend checking with your local tax authority regarding the thresholds for reselling and when VAT registration becomes mandatory.

Under DAC7 regulations, platforms are required to report sellers who meet certain thresholds. For the sale of goods (such as second-hand clothing), this includes sellers who complete 30 or more transactions in a year or generate over €2,000 in sales annually.

Please note that it is the responsibility of each customer to ensure they are reselling lawfully and meeting any applicable tax or reporting obligations.

Do you offer Shipping options?

Our shipping options are based on location and region.

  • EU Shipping: We send smaller orders through UPS, and we can arrange large pallet orders via a separate courrier. Please contact us for more details on larger pallet orders.
  • UK Shipping: All UK based orders are processed through UPS.

If you're nearby Nunspeet, you are also welcome to pickup your order directly from our warehouse. Just email info@wingvintagewholesale.com to schedule a pickup!

Can I amend the delivery address or information?

Of course! You can contact our support team by sending an email with the registered email address or phone number for updating the delivery address or any other relevant information.

Please note that you cannot amend the delivery address after the order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel an ordered item, shoot an email to info@wingvintagewholesale.com with your order number and we'll get back to you.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time will be shown at the time of the checkout

  • Estimated EU Delivery Time: 5 to 10 working Days
  • Estimated UK Delivery Time: 5 to 10 Working Days

Kindly note that these estimates do not include the required processing times to pack your order.

How can I track my package?

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information and tracking number Id. You can track your shipment using the tracking number ID on the courier website, which will provide you instant updates and information regarding shipment.

Do you accept returns?

We accept return requests up to 5 working days after delivery, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note that we do not refund initial shipping or import fees.

Please direct your return requests to info@wingvintagewholesale.com and provide a valid reason for your request.

We will assess your request and approve them at our discretion.

How long does it take to process a return?

It will take almost two weeks to process a return, after which you will be notified of the time it will take to process the refunded amount.

Are returns free?

Unfortunately, we can't reimburse shipping fees for returns.

Who is responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes, if applicable?

Any applicable custom fees, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customers. Our warehouse is located in The Netherlands, so typically customers from The UK are the most affected by import fees.

What will be custom fees, import duties and taxes?

Custom fees, import duties and taxes vary and depend on may factors such as location, material value item, etc.

Will I have to pay custom and import duties?

All international orders may be subjected to taxes and duties.

Please do thorough research of custom import fees and charges before placing an order.

What will happen to the shipment if I don’t have a valid commercial registration?

If consignee does not have valid commercial registration, shipment might return back to origin without any intimidation
