When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information and tracking number Id. You can track your shipment using the tracking number ID on the courier website, which will provide you instant updates and information regarding shipment.
We accept exchange request up to 05 working days after delivery, if the item is undamaged and in its original condition, we will exchange the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We accept return request up to 05 working days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We will assess you request your request and approve them at our discretion.
